Name: While the motif is Spanish, Arrancar names are not based upon a clear motif. Therefore, the name can be anything, but suggested not to origin in any culture. This is exclusive.
Age: How old is your character? Souls tend to live much more than humans, so a 17 year old-looking Arrancar is most definitely not going to be 17 or even 21. They'll be more around the parts of 200 or so, even 1,000. This is self-explanatory.
Apparent Age: Despite how old you really are, I'm pretty sure you don't look like some old bag. Same as age. Almost every Arrancar seems to appear above 23.
Gender: Self-explanatory. Male or female.
Sexuality: Straight, gay, pansexual, A, Bi, you choose.
Height: Metric or standard.
Weight: Metric or Standard.
Appearance: Picture optional, description essential. You may add a picture if you want to, but we still require at least 1 paragraph of description about your character's appearance. Hair color, skin tone, body style, clothing and preference, accessories etc. Please note that despite being an Arrancar, you can put your character's appearance in human clothing for convenience, but keep in mind the Arrancar clothing style.
Likes: Everyone likes something. Even if you're emo, you like something. List at least 5 things your character likes. You may elaborate if you must.
Dislikes: Everyone dislikes something. Even if you're Buddha, you dislike something. List at least 5 things your character dislikes. You may elaborate if you must.
Strengths: What good traits can you tell us about your character? Note please that things regarding power, like "fast" or "vast knowledge of fighting styles" should be avoided. At least 3.
Flaws: What bad traits can you tell us about your character? List at least 3.
Personality: Here's the main part. We require at least 1 decent paragraph that explains about your character's personality. How do they act regularly, on work, to other races, with friends, alone, everything. Avoid Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus (perfect characters).
Estigma: The Arrancar Estigma is the mask fragments that are left upon their faces/heads. You may post its picture, but required to describe its appearance as well.
Hole: Another major difference between Arrancars and Shinigami is the fact Arrancars origin from Hollows, and their hole is kept. Where, that's a different story. Just say here where exactly would the Hollow hole be placed.
Arrancar Number: Numeros. All Arrancars are numbered, from 11 and so on, stopping at 100-111 and keeping from 111. This is the order in which they have been created and has nothing to do with their actual power. Which number is your Arrancar?
Rank: The Arrancar rank can vary from Numeros - the most common, Fraccion - the Espada underlings, the Exequias - the executioners, the Privaron - former Espada with numbers from 100-109 and finally, the Espada - 10 strongest, numbers 1-10. Which group is your Arrancar in?
History: We need you to write here about everything major your character has been through. Unlike other soul characters, it is suggested you describe how your character died and how they became a Hollow, in addition to life as a Hollow and development. All Arrancars are generated from Menos, and thus the rank at which you've changed sets how long this has to be. If Gillian, 2 paragraphs. If Adjuchas, 4 paragraphs. If Vasto Lord, 6 paragraphs - as the chances of you being an Espada are distinctly high. Please try to be detailed, and logical: no Espada is ever going to be just 300 years old.
Roleplay Example: We also require a sample of your roleplay skills. You can write one anew or just copy/paste one from a site you've played on before. Nevertheless, it has to be 200 words or more.
Trivia: Everything extra you'd like to tell us about your character. This could be anything, really.
Menos Rank: Gillian, Adjucha or Vasto Lord. Most Arrancars are transformed in Adjucha, the less common are Gillian. There are almost no Vasto Lords at all, as these are the strongest forms of Hollows possible and sure to be of Espada level. Simply put the rank of which your character has transformed in. Be reasonable with your history, age and spots currently available: too many Vasto Lords roaming around is absolutely denied. It is suggested you request first before going for the highest rank.

Zanpakuto Appearance: The appearance of your sword when it is not released. The simple appearance of the Zanpakuto when you sheath it, including details about blade length and shape, hilt, guard and so on. Be creative please.
Zanpakuto Name: Spanish only. The name of your Soul Slayer, and the translation of its name.

• Release Command: A command used for it. This one can be English, but if you feel like it, make it Japanese with a translation.
  Resurreccion Appearance: An Arrancar's release, unlike a Shinigami, releases their true form, remnants of their Hollow form before they transformed - upon their body. This always takes the form of metamorphosis, an armor of the sort, reverting back to more Hollow-like appearance. We require at least 2 paragraphs of six sentences each here.
  Special Ability: A Hollow's special ability is not maintained when they are transformed to an Arrancar, but rather locks itself in the form of a sword - a Zanpakuto. As such, a Hollow's special ability should relatively be what the Resurreccion special ability is. In at least 1 paragraph of six sentences, describe and explain your character's unique ability. • THE BELOW TWO SPOTS ARE FOR TOP ESPADA-LEVEL CHARACTERS ONLY WHO HAVE GAINED SPECIAL PERMISSION.
  Segunda Etapa: In at least 3 decent paragraphs of six sentences at least, describe the appearance of your second stage. Segunda Etapa are considerably smaller than the regular Resurreccion, but are no smaller than the Arrancar's original size. These have special details a regular release would not be able to provide. Be descriptive.
  Additional Abilities: Including any special techniques granted during Segunda Etapa, describe in at least 2 paragraphs all the improvements done to your character during the second stage, even the physical ones. This is the major part of the second release, so be as accurate and descriptive as possible here.

The below sections are all in stages between: Excellent, Above Average, Average, Below Average, Poor. An alternative is simply to use 600 points and divide it between them all, to which we (staff) can translate to the stat level. Keep in mind, this is not necessarily a fighting style, but more of general abilities of a character. Choose as you like.
